Welcome to Yarmouth

Yarmouth offers both Cape Cod Bay (tidal warm water) and Nantucket Sound beaches (a little cooler and always water for swimming) for your summer fun! There's plenty of shopping, dining, nature walks and restaurants. It's wonderful to sit on the beach at the mouth of the Bass River to watch the boats go in and out and then dine and get ice cream at The Skipper Restaurant and Chowder House. More restaurants favorites in town are Old Yarmouth Inn, Yarmouth House, Captain Parkers Pub and Oliver's & Planck's Tavern. Yarmouth offers some of the most affordable homes on the Cape and is very convenient to services in Hyannis including Cape Cod Hospital and Cape Cod Mall. It expands the width of the Cape for variety in neighborhoods and scenery with excitement on the south side along Route 28 and slower paced beautiful antique homes along 6A on the north side.
